1. Opening welcome & reminder of the CFP for INPE 2024 - INPE Executive
2. Jeff Stickney: Brief remarks on hermeneutics - Being open to hearing Indigenous voices; reminder of the centrality of language in Indigenous Land-based education.

3. Yulia Nesterova: Quick overview of her work and current book project on Indigenous rights in practicing Land-based Education around the world.
4. Panelists speak in rotation: approximately 20 minutes each
5. Breakout rooms to formulate questions for the speakers, moderated by our team: 20 minutes
6. Panelists listen to and respond to questions (half hour)
7. Next steps: Invitation for educators to consider doing place-based and somatic education without equating these pedagogies with Land-based education.
8. Closing activity (15-20 minutes) – Danielle Denichaud - Embodied meditative practice for welcoming our authentic felt experience into relationship with our shared Earth.
